• We ask that you include a copy of the invoice with your return, as well as the reason for the return.
• Customers must return the merchandise to our address by traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail.
• It's worth noting that delivery costs aren't refundable, so if you want to return something, you'll have to pay for it yourself.
• After we receive the merchandise, you will receive an exchange or refund within 3 business days.
