EXCHANGE POLICYS
- Our exchange policy allows you to request an exchange within 14 working days from the date of purchase.
- Items are eligible for exchange, provided they are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

REFUND & CLAIM POLICY
- We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we are committed to addressing any valid claims within 20 days of the purchase date
- Valid claims include instances where the received product is defective or not as described. Claims must be submitted within 20 days of the purchase date
- Our team will review the claim promptly. If the claim is valid, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement.
